Huge thank you to everyone who contributed to our public consultation over the past year. We had an overwhelmingly positive response. So what’s changed?

Over the past year, we've been gathering feedback and insights from the local community and stakeholders on the Golden Valley development.

From the initial workshops held in Sept 22, (over a year ago now), to our formal public consultation exhibitions in January and February this year, as well as our online engagement, your input has played an integral role in shaping our vision for the Golden Valley.

We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who participated in our events, completed our surveys, or provided feedback. I’m delighted to say we had an overwhelmingly positive response. With your invaluable contributions, we've refined our plans and are excited to announce that our planning application has now been submitted.

This is however just the start, so please stay connected for further updates, and sign up to our newsletter.

Our aim is to create together, a vibrant community supporting innovative businesses, homes, and shared spaces, with opportunities for skill development and jobs, all anchored in exemplary design and sustainability.
